We have a priority aim to enhance the experience of our valuable customers. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible.

Returns Policy:

  • Product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/ incomplete or defective/ damaged within 3 days after delivery.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • JaanZie Outfits will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer.
  • JaanZie Outfits is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
  • Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer.  JaanZie Outfits will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
  • Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  • Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
  • There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 03 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
  • JaanZie Outfits reserves the right to reject a return request found misusing of our generous returns policy or a product received with missing tags and other components.
  • Faisal Fabrics reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.

ORDER CANCELATION:
You may not cancel any Paid or order for custom stitch product(s). Once a product is shipped or proceed to the stitching department, the ‘Exchange and Return Policy’ will apply for the order cancellations.
JaanZie Outfits has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

Note.
– Pre-booking order is not eligible for cancellation.
– International orders are not eligible for cancellation.
